I help business owners and teams in small and mid-sized companies get AI to really work in their day-to-day.

First understand where the work gets stuck, then get going together, until your team can carry on without me.

AI adoption lead

You've bought an AI package for your company, but usage has stalled. And you have the feeling you're not getting the value out of it.

Product builder

No IT capacity, but you see room to grow? Processes you'd like to automate, so your people work together better or you serve your customers better. Then I build the tools that make that happen.

How I work: from problem to result

  1. Understand

Human contact comes first. We start with a 30-minute intro. With you or your people, I map the steps where work and value are currently left on the table.

  2. Get going together

What's needed differs per situation. Sometimes an adoption programme, where I teach you and your team to work with AI in your own work. Sometimes I build something. And sometimes both.

  3. Hand over

I guide you throughout, and at the end I hand over, so your team can carry on without me.

The AI adoption phase in companies

The four steps of AI integration in companies. Trust has to be built first, before work can be done fully autonomously.

The AI adoption phase in four steps 1 2 3 4
  1. Step 1

    The first wow moment

Someone does a step they always did themselves, and gets a good alternative for it, in their own language and work. That sparks energy, and trust grows.

  2. Step 2

From one step to your own work

Once you've felt that it works, you start looking at what else you can hand off. Task by task, the small and safe ones first.

  3. Step 3

    From checking to overseeing

You no longer check every result, you watch over it and step in where it counts. That's still work, not sitting back.

  4. Step 4

Processes that run themselves, with you as owner

The end goal for some processes, not for all. Hardly proven anywhere yet, so step by step, and you stay the owner.

The numbers

Companies in the Netherlands that use AI

  • 27%with 10 to 50 employees
  • 45%with 50 to 250 employees

What holds companies back

73%cite a lack of experience, among companies that considered AI and didn't start.

Most companies are still at the start, and that's an opportunity. If you find out now where AI fits in your own work, you'll benefit from it.

Who I am

For five years I built digital products at bol and Budget Thuis. From the app team to the search engine, I got to improve the experience of millions of customers, on the front end and the back end. The biggest lesson I learned in that time is that the answer to your problem lies with the customer, not in the tool.

That's exactly the knowledge I want to combine with the power of AI, to solve your business problems or to teach your people to work with AI in their own work. The world of AI moves very fast and makes a lot of noise about what the newest tools can do. I look at what your problem is and what we can best apply to it, with or without AI.

Where does work pile up that you never get to?

I'd like to hear it. In an intro call we'll know whether I can help, and with what.
